Position: Front Desk Staff
Location: Niagara Falls
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Staff member to be the face of our facility and support daily club operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Operations: Greet and check in members, answer phones and emails, manage member accounts, and support day-to-day club needs.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events. Conduct club tours, follow up on leads, and support membership sales and retention initiatives. Assist with social media content.
- Facility Standards: Keep the club clean, organized, and equipment-ready throughout your shift. Follow cleaning procedures and report maintenance or equipment issues.
- Health and Safety:



Follow all health and safety protocols and help ensure a safe environment for members.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or the fitness industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with sales conversations and working toward targets.
- Reliable and able to work independently during shifts.
- Availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Interest in health and fitness.
- Personal Training knowledge/certification is a bonus.
- Social media knowledge is a bonus.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
