Employment Type: Full-time/part-time (currently available)

Successful Candidate :

- One or more years of experience in optometry or eye care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle stress effectively, be highly organized, and work well with others and independently
- Professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Willingness to learn new skills

Job responsibilities:

- Patient scheduling and reception
- Arranging referrals
- Answering calls and greeting customers/patients in a professional manner
- Placing orders and receiving payment for private examinations, eyewear, contact lenses, etc.
- Insurance billing and recalls administration
- Pre-testing, eye testing,



and patient care (ongoing training is provided)
- Dispensing frames and lenses, including spectacles and contact lenses
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
