Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position involves assisting with various tasks to enhance the guest experience while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties

- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, beer, and mixers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service.
- Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to customer requests.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.




- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Smart Serve is required.
