- Familiar with forming, framing, decking, exterior finishes such as vinyl and metal siding, soffit, flashing, caulking, door and window installation etc..
- Drywall, mudding, painting, trim work, flooring.
- Read and interpret building plans.
- Operating hand tools and small gas powered tools
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of all equipment and job site
- Provide diligent and quality workmanship while completing various hands-on construction tasks
- Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions, bringing forward to the Manager
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency to deliver industry-leading quality and customer satisfaction utilizing checklist system
- Complete all required items on daily to-do lists as assigned by the Manager
- Keep job site (inside and out) neat,



clean and orderly at all times
- Monitor cost effective use of materials and resources
- Must be comfortable with heights.
- Must have 5+ years experience
- Must have own tools

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team are one of the most important attributes we are looking for.

Pay ranges from $30/hour to $32/hour and will depend on experience.

Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license and the ability to get to the work sites in a punctual manner.
