Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance to enhance their experience
- Support daily store operations by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and processing transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets customer needs
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors
- Participate in inventory management activities, including stock counts and product replenishment




- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- A proactive mindset with the motivation to deliver excellent service every day

Pay: $18.30-$18.31 per hour
