Phoenix Treatment Systems

We provide, build and repair water, sewer and storm systems. We do maintenance, demolition, Excavation and Earth work for commercial, residential and oilfield. We are seeking a Foreman with a minimum of 5 years experience having supervised projects and crews. Along with 5 years experience operating Trackhoe and other heavy equipment. Must have experience at job costing, supervising large and small projects, be able to work under stress, meet time lines, and be able to coach workers under them on how to use apps to track working hours and jobs from their phone.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will drive project progress, manage resources effectively, and foster a cooperative work environment to achieve project goals on time and within scope.

Duties

- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to schedule tasks and resolve on-site issues promptly




- Monitor quality control measures to ensure adherence to industry standards and client expectations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide team efforts accurately
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce allocation

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.
- Excellent understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards on construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, and managing project timelines effectively
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies

Wage will depend on proven experience and to be discussed at time of interview.

MUST HAVE CLASS 5 LICENSE - 3 YEAR DRIVERS ABSTRACT IS REQUIRED

MUST HAVE ALL SAFETY TICKETS.
