Our client, a large property management company located near Union Station is recruiting for a Senior Property Accountant. It is hybrid in the office 50% of the time. The company requires several years senior property accounting experience with office/retail properties (absolutely mandatory)and enrollment or completion of the CPA. The client offers a bonus plus RSP plan. Must have CAM and recoveries. There are growth opportunities available. Only those suitable will receive a response.

Responsibilities:

- financial reporting
- financial analysis
- all accounting related duties for a portfolio of retail/commercial properties including CAM
- cash management
- liaison with team members
- year-end
- budget management
- training and mentoring more junior staff

Pay: $88,000.00-$98,000.00 per year
