Job Summary
We are a growing team that’s passionate about creating healthy smiles and positive experiences for every patient who walks through our doors. We’re looking for a rockstar Level II Dental Assistant who’s eager to bring energy, skill, and compassion to our practice. If you can do that, then you will fit right in with our rock star reception, hygienists and assistants! I guess the doctors are ok too. You will be assisting Dr. Elie Rizk and Dr. Nora Samaan.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment according to strict infection control protocols.
- Record accurate patient information, medical histories, and treatment updates.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
- Support appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Alternating with other assistants in rover duties
- Work collaboratively with our dental team to deliver excellent patient care.
- Laugh at the dad Jokes!
Skills
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant with HARP certification.
- Previous experience in dental assisting, including chairside support and radiography.
- Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, etc.) — training provided if needed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.
- Patients love you because you’re kind, approachable, and transparent when you explain things.
- Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in pediatrics, or digital dentistry
