The Lobby Ambassador / Front Desk Agent is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Lobby Ambassadors have the following duties and responsibilities:

- Greet visitors upon arrival and provide direction or information as needed.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Assist with checking in guests or clients and directing them to their meeting.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming workplace in the lobby area.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual,
- Handle the reception of mail and courier packages and distribute them accordingly
- Answer inquiries about the company, its services, and facilities
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management scenarios
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed





Front Desk Agents have the following duties and responsibilities:

· Proficient in English language.

· Welcome guests and check them into their rooms

· Competent use of computers and databases. Microsoft is a must.

· Answer questions about the hotel, its amenities, services and local area

· Resolve guest complaints or problems if they arise

· Communicate with other staff members to ensure guest needs are met

· Handle guests' payments and maintain accurate records

· Ensure that the lobby and reception area are kept clean and tidy

· Assist guests with luggage and other needs as required

· Provide recommendations on local restaurants, attractions and activities

· Be available to answer questions or respond to requests at all times.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Must be available all shifts, including weekends and holidays, as we are a 24h operation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
