Job Overview: Norco Modular is looking for a skilled and dedicated Floor layer at our Aldergrove factory. The ideal candidates will have experience in laying flooring, including sheet vinyl, VC Tile, carpet tile and vinyl plank, and will be capable of laying a floor in a modular building to a high standard. This role requires attention to detail, a robust work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team.

PLEASE NOTE: The primary responsibilities for this position will be laying floors, but may not always be a full time role/need, the candidate will need to be willing to do other production related tasks

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Installing flooring products such as VC Tile, sheet linoleum, carpet tile and vinyl plank.

- Heat welding seams.

- Preparing sub-floors, sanding and filling.

Experience/Requirements:

- Installing flooring materials.

Norco’s work schedules:

- Day shift: 6am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

- Afternoon shift: 2:30pm – 1am, Monday to Thursday

*NO WEEKEND WORK AT NORCO*

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
