As a Crew Member, your learning and development forms the foundation for your career progression and our culture, your future compensation, etc, is all based on performance. You will be working all the time with customers and other team members to deliver timely and quality service and food. There will also be cleaning assignments and continuous training to encourage growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop complete range of food preparation and cooking techniques per Five Guys standards
- Understand proper food handling and food safety standards (Steritech), and local health department standards.
- Teamwork, customer experience management and critical thinking skills.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, and work on feet for extended periods of time.
