- Be a BCRMT in good standing with the CCHPBC
- Be committed to offering two days a week for appointments
- Be able to provide trauma-informed care, or have a willingness to learn
A candidate can separate themselves from the rest by:
- Having experience as an RMT
- Demonstrating a passion for learning and self growth
- Demonstrating an understanding of case load management and growth
As a sub-contractor the associate will receive compensation based on the number of treatments provided.
A successful candidate will receive:

- Access and enrollment in the clinics direct billing processes
- Linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, cloths) and associated laundry services
- Presence on our website
- Reserved access to a treatment room with electric table, table warmer,
thermaphore.
- Access to a movement studio and associated equipment for home-care and assessment
- Access to a secure team room with fridge and limited storage space for personal items
- Mentorship and training from multiple disciplines
