Carefree RV is Alberta’s friendliest RV dealership ... AND we are growing with 3 locations in Edmonton & Leduc. We sell and service all types of RV's from travel trailers to fifth wheels to the super luxurious class A diesel motorhomes, specializing in the Winnebago brand and many other reputable manufacturers.

We are looking for a Full-time or Part-Time, RV Service Advisor to add to our Carefree RV team. This person would be responsible for

- booking service appointments,
- checking in recent arrivals and customer units, includes walk through with customers,
- following up with customers on their repair processes,
- creating and closing work orders, making sure all work orders are followed to completion,
- answering service related phone calls,
- up sell additional services to customers as needed,
- Preference will be given to candidates with related experience.

We use IDS dealer management software and all our technicians and advisors use an IPad to document all their service related data.



The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, able to type on the fly, be a good listener, attentive to detail, able to multi-task and have a pleasant and professional attitude. Experience with IDS is preferred but not essential as you will be trained in proper corporate practices and procedures.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
