Compensation: $19.00–$27.00 per hour
Rotation: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

Safety Net Security Ltd., a long-standing division of The Corrado Venture Inc. (CVI) Group of Companies, is seeking reliable, qualified, and safety-minded Security Guards to join our team at a remote industrial site in Bissett, Manitoba.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for full-time employment with a consistent 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotation, providing a predictable schedule and extended time off between rotations.

Position Responsibilities

Security Guards will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing professional security services at the site. Responsibilities may include:

- Monitoring and controlling access to the property
- Conducting regular interior and exterior patrols
- Monitoring site activity and identifying potential security or safety concerns
- Responding appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Completing accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports
- Enforcing site security procedures and policies
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
- Communicating effectively with site personnel, management, and emergency services when required
- Performing other security-related duties as assigned
- EMT - to provide emergency medical care and transportation to patients outside of hospitals, stabilizing them and delivering life-saving treatment until they reach a medical facility.

Schedule & Travel





This position operates on a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotation, with both day and night shifts.

For employees travelling from Winnipeg to the worksite:

- Meals are provided
- Accommodation is provided while on rotation
- Travel time between Winnipeg and the site will be compensated at the applicable minimum wage rate

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Manitoba Security Guard Licence – required
- Valid Full Stage Class 5 Driver’s Licence – required
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Strong observation and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and skilled in challenging situations
- Previous security, industrial, mining, or remote-site experience is considered an asset
