Cumbrae's a specialized butcher shop and fine food store. You will be part of a team responsible for the daily production and preparation of our packaged prepared food, fresh deli items and quick service counter.

- Minimum 5 years experience as a line cook or equivalent
- Motivated and organized individual, able to multitask and keep a clean working workplace
- Knowledge of food rotation "FIFO" and safe food handling
- Basic safe handling knife skills
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to work in a team or individually
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds or more on occasion
- Able to follow recipe's and maintain standard and quality.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor and Management
- Open/flexible availability
