Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our agile team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards throughout service.





Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and meal preparation techniques is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
