WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Greet and welcome patients warmly at the front desk Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar Handle patient check-in and check-out Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Process payments and handle basic billing inquiries Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and organized

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Currently living in the Cowichan Valley — this is non-negotiable ✅ 2+ years of customer-facing experience in reception, healthcare, retail, or hospitality (required,



not preferred) ✅ Warm, patient communication style — our patients are primarily 60+ and deserve exceptional care ✅ Ability to multitask confidently in a busy clinical setting ✅ Comfortable with scheduling software and basic computer tasks

Bonus points for: Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting Experience working with seniors or elderly patients Familiarity with hearing healthcare or audiology
