- Strong experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

- Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Drive operational consistency through clear routines, coaching, and follow-up.
- Deliver an inspiring and seamless customer experience across all food areas.
- Monitor and act on key business KPIs, including sales, waste, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and effective stock management.
- Partner with store leaders to support overall store performance and customer experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment for co-workers.
- Lead by example and role model IKEA values and ways of working.
