STC Warehousing and Distribution is a company with more than 30-years history of successful business in transportation and warehousing. The company is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who has a minimum of 1 years experience within the transportation workplace.

Compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.

Day-time position

Job duties:

- Accurately enter and update data related to customers’ orders
- Track and trace orders and relay any necessary information to the customers
- Assist with processing and organizing incoming and outgoing paperwork
- Manage and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Provide general office support as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

- 1+ years prior progressive logistics experience is required.
- LTL background an asset
- Familiarity with LoadLink, PC Miler an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to thrive and multi task in a fast paced environment




- Proficient in Windows Outlook, Microsoft excel, and a transportation management system
- Proven experience handling multiple priorities
- Customer-oriented
- Strong communication skills and phone/email etiquette
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime if the demand arises
