Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Shop Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of custom cabinets and woodworking projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute cabinet designs and woodworking tasks.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet components according to specifications.
- Perform installation tasks such as cabinet assembly, fitting, and finishing touches on-site or in the shop.
- Assist with material handling, including heavy lifting of wood panels, hardware, and other supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Support other construction-related tasks such as framing, drywall installation,



or minor electrical/plumbing work if needed.

Experience

- Prior experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment.
- Knowledge of construction practices including concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, rebar installation, caulking, and restoration is a plus.
- Experience in construction painting or handyman services is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and manufacturing environments. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
