Job Summary
We are seeking one Part time Wellness Sales Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves health and wellness, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys helping others on their wellness journey. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-driven, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere. This is not just a retail job, you'd be required to learn about the supplements and be able to assist customers with them.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Skills





- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to sell products effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Technical sales skills are a plus, particularly for specialized products or services.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to engage customers and convey information clearly.
