Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Total Compensation: $45,000 – $52,000+ per year (Includes base salary + shift incentives & performance pay)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Assistant General Manager to partner directly with our General Manager in overseeing daily operations, supporting store culture, and driving guest satisfaction.

As the AGM, you are a key floor leader. You’ll be responsible for setting the tone during shifts, ensuring high standards for food quality and hospitality, and helping lead a hard-working team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor & Shift Leadership: Run high-energy shifts from the floor, supporting both front-of-house and kitchen teams while resolving guest feedback in real time.
- Team Development: Assist with onboarding, shift training, and day-to-day coaching to keep morale high and standards strong.
- Operational Excellence: Help manage daily floor execution, food safety, store cleanliness, and shift-level labor control.
- Inventory & Ordering: Assist the GM with weekly stock inventory, shift preparation, and minimizing product waste.




- Promotional Execution: Support store-level guest loyalty initiatives, special offers, and internal team contests.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor/Leader).
- Strong floor presence—you lead by example and love being active in the dining room and kitchen.
- Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Reliable work ethic with open availability, including nights and weekends.
