Responsibilities

- Perform professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and brushing tailored to each dog’s breed, size, and coat condition
- Ensure the safety and comfort of dogs throughout the grooming process by handling them gently and securely
- Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming station, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and aftercare instructions
- Assist with managing appointments,



scheduling, and customer service to provide a seamless experience for clients
- Lift and maneuver dogs of various sizes safely, utilizing proper techniques for heavy lifting when necessary
- Keep detailed records of grooming services provided and any special instructions or notes from pet owners

Experience

- Previous 2 years skilled experience in dog grooming is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
- Ability to handle dogs of all temperaments with patience, kindness, and professionalism
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting tasks safely
- Knowledge of different breeds’ grooming standards is preferred
