Duties

- Build rapport with customers to foster trust and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting display area that attracts customer attention
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve promotional strategies

- Strong background or interest in marketing and sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening
