We’re Hiring: Multi-Business Operations Manager

We’re looking for an organized, adaptable, hands-on leader to help manage daily operations across our four businesses, including 3 restaurants and property management.

Working closely with ownership, you’ll support our teams, keep operations running smoothly, and step in where you’re needed most. Priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to manage a busy schedule, make sound decisions, and follow through.

What you’ll do

- Help oversee daily operations across multiple businesses and locations.
- Support staffing needs, scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day staff management.
- Coordinate ordering, supplies, and inventory.
- Handle customer and tenant inquiries professionally and help resolve concerns.
- Monitor product quality, service standards, and overall business presentation.
- Assist with property management operations and coordinate maintenance needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs, and support business growth.
- Take on a wide range of practical and administrative tasks as business needs arise.
- Keep ownership informed about priorities, issues, and progress.

- Someone comfortable moving between businesses and balancing management responsibilities with hands-on work.

- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel between locations.
- Adaptable to a growing group of businesses.

Previous experience in operations, staff management, hospitality, or property management is an asset. You don’t need to be an expert in every area, but you do need a willingness to learn, take ownership, and pitch in.

Pay: $52,164.87-$60,000.00 per year
