VPC Group Inc is looking for an experienced and dynamic Quality Manager to support our foam manufacturing operation in Brampton, ON.

Responsibilities:

- Define, share and embody our vision for Quality products
- Train, engage and motivate teams to own quality and delight our customers
- Collaborate with customers to implement modifications to orders and specifications
- Identify and address quality issues and customer concerns promptly
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
- React to and quickly resolve customer concerns
- Develop a tracking system and provide insightful reporting and analysis to operational leaders




- Collaborate with department managers to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in manufacturing processes
- Anticipate issues and implement systems and processes to prevent them

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in management level quality assurance role
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing/production systems and processes
- ERP system experience preferred
