Job Summary

Bella Mafia Tattoos Studio is looking for an organized, high-energy Studio Manager & Social Media Lead to manage daily studio operations, front-of-house client communication, and our social media presence across Instagram and TikTok.

This is an ongoing, permanent position—not a freelance marketing contract. You will be the face and voice of Bella Mafia Studio, keeping our space organized, our artists supported, and our online community engaged.

Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Client Communication

- Manage incoming phone calls, studio emails, and direct inquiries, guiding clients to the right artist based on project style, size, and availability.
- Maintain front-of-house organization, greeting walk-ins, scheduling appointments, and managing artist calendars.
- Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the studio daily.
- Assist owners with general administrative tasks and studio logistics.

Social Media & Content Creation

- Capture daily behind-the-scenes video footage and photos of tattoo artists at work (drawing, stencil placement, tattooing, finished reveals).
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) and post regularly to maintain high brand visibility.




- Engage actively with the local Brantford community, tattoo enthusiasts, and regional creatives across Instagram and TikTok
- Respond promptly to incoming Instagram/TikTok DMs and direct client inquiries.

Qualifications

Prior experience in client communication, customer service, or front-desk management (tattoo, salon, spa, or creative studio experience is a major plus).

Proven experience managing active social media accounts (specifically Instagram and TikTok) with strong short-form video editing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional phone and digital presence.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
