MOFFATT’S MAZDA of Barrie, Ontario is looking for a Full time Parts Advisor, to join their dynamic team in Barrie.

The ideal candidate must have a professional manner, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide superior customer service at our parts department
- Advise customers with parts vehicle needs
- Arrange for customer part sales and pick-up
- Source and fill parts orders requested by customers & technicians
- Receive and distribute incoming goods as necessary
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods
- Ensure packing slips and documents are accurate Ensure all goods received are in saleable condition
- Report any shortages or damage to management and claim as required
- Maintain inventory control
- Represent Moffatt’s Mazda in a professional manner at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

- Automotive parts experience an asset
- Organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills mandatory
- PBS Systems knowledge an asset




- Valid Ontario G driver’s license
- Clean drivers abstract
- High School Diploma
- Must have CSA approved footwear
