Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members and Shift Managers to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment.

Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of our guests.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment is essential.
