Duties

- Prepare and assemble a variety of menu items with attention to quality and presentation
- Assist in food handling and storage to maintain freshness and safety standards
- Follow proper food safety protocols and hygiene practices at all times
- Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
- Participate in meal preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and cooking as needed

Requirements





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to serve guests with friendliness and professionalism
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine
- Speaking Korean is an asset
- Studying in hospitality/ culinary is an asset
