Duties

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to support smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts.




- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during busy service periods.
- Adhere to health regulations and company policies related to food safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes is a plus.
