Duties

- Operate various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers, to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks to handle large or bulky items with proper technique and safety protocols
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure accurate order picking
- Perform order picking by selecting items according to customer orders with precision and speed
- Assist in warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Conduct routine mechanical checks on equipment to ensure operational safety and report any maintenance needs




- Support general labour tasks such as sorting, packing, staging goods, and maintaining overall warehouse cleanliness

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, or order pickers is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with warehouse equipment is a strong asset
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory software preferred
- Solid attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory control
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow safety procedures diligently

Pay: $17.60-$19.50 per hour
