For 34 years, our iconic Italian restaurant has been welcoming guests and creating memorable dining experiences in Victoria. We are a busy, fast-paced restaurant, we are looking for energetic and dependable people to join our Front of House Support Team.

The Roles

Host
You are one of the first and last people our guests interact with. Hosts welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and the flow of the dining room, answer phones, communicate with the service team,



and help create a warm and organized arrival experience.

Busser
Bussers are an essential part of keeping our restaurant running smoothly. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, maintaining dining room cleanliness, assisting servers, replenishing supplies, and helping the team provide fast and attentive service.

Food Runner
Food runners are the connection between our kitchen and dining room. Responsibilities include delivering dishes accurately and efficiently, communicating with servers and the kitchen, maintaining presentation standards, and helping ensure every guest receives their meal promptly.
