Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Associates and Production Associates for temp-to-hire opportunities in Burlington, ON. These roles are well suited for candidates with hands-on warehouse, production, assembly, packing, or general labour experience who are looking to build long-term stability in a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily plant and warehouse operations by assembling, picking, packing, labelling, inspecting, palletizing, and preparing products for shipment. Key Responsibilities

- Hand finish, assemble, pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Load, unload, move, stack, organize,



and palletize products safely within warehouse and production areas.
- Inspect finished products against drawings, quality specifications, and production standards.
- Use motorized and non-motorized pallet lifters as required.
- Support production, assembly line, packing, labelling, and general warehouse activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and productive work area while following company procedures.

Compensation and Advantages

- Salary range: $37,000 to $47,000 per year, depending on role.
