Saturn Packaging est à la recherche d’une personne dynamique avec un profil technique pour se joindre à notre équipe et développer des projets d’automatisation et d’équipements d’emballage auprès de clients manufacturiers.

Ce poste va bien au-delà de la vente traditionnelle. Vous agirez comme conseiller technique auprès des clients, en identifiant leurs besoins, en développant des concepts et en proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs lignes de production.

Votre rôle

- Développer de nouvelles opportunités auprès d’entreprises manufacturières
- Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients existants
- Visiter les usines afin de comprendre les procédés et les besoins des clients
- Identifier des opportunités d’automatisation et d’amélioration des lignes de production
- Présenter des propositions techniques et commerciales
- Participer au développement de projets de convoyage, d’emballage et d’automatisation
- Participer occasionnellement à des salons industriels et à des visites clients au Canada

Profil recherché

- Expérience en vente technique, automatisation, équipements industriels ou gestion de projets
- Bonne compréhension des environnements manufacturiers
- Capacité à comprendre un besoin technique et à développer une solution
- À l’aise avec les clients, les visites d’usine et le développement des affaires
- Autonome, organisé(e) et orienté(e) vers les résultats
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations clients
- Bilingue français / anglais
- Formation technique ou en ingénierie : un atout

Une expérience dans les domaines des convoyeurs, équipements d’emballage, automatisation industrielle, robotique ou équipements de production constitue un atout key.

Saturn Packaging is looking for a dynamic, technically minded professional to join our team and develop automation and packaging equipment projects for manufacturing customers.

This role goes well beyond traditional sales. You will act as a technical advisor to customers, identifying their needs, developing concepts, and proposing solutions tailored to their production lines.

Your Role

- Develop new business opportunities with manufacturing companies
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
- Visit manufacturing facilities to understand customer processes and requirements
- Identify opportunities for automation and production line improvements
- Present technical and commercial proposals
- Participate in the development of conveying, packaging, and automation projects
- Occasionally participate in industry trade shows and customer visits across Canada





Profile We’re Looking For

- Experience in technical sales, automation, industrial equipment, or project management
- Good understanding of manufacturing environments
- Ability to understand technical requirements and develop solutions
- Comfortable with customers, plant visits, and business development
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Bilingual in English and French
- Technical or engineering background is an asset

Experience with conveyor systems, packaging equipment, industrial automation, robotics, or production equipment is a strong asset.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission
