Key Responsibilities

- Responding to, resolving and escalating security issues as required
- Assisting in the implementation of security strategic plans as directed
- Monitoring, documenting and preparing statements/reports on violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, suspicious persons and activities
- Reviewing reports on violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, suspicious persons and activities and other reports as expected.

- Heavy lifting and standing for long a duration of time

Education and Qualifications:

- Use of force and first aid certified
- Must be willing to recertify for Use of Force every 3 years
- Occupational First Aid Level 2 an asset
- You must be able and willing to conduct arrests for indictable offenses
- willingness to work a versatile work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and graveyards.
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- A passion for providing outstanding service to our internal and external community




- Understanding of yourself as well as others when communicating with team members and the community
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development
- Can understand, speak and write English; fluency in other languages an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- The ability to successfully obtain a criminal record check through.
