Client Services Coordinator

Summerside, PEI | Full-Time | In Office

At Navigate Financial Solutions, we help clients through some of the most important moments of their lives—from preparing for retirement and selling a business to planning an estate or coping with the loss of a loved one.

We're looking for a caring, organized, and professional Client Services Coordinator to join our Summerside office. This role combines administration, client communication, scheduling, and relationship management. You'll be an important point of contact for our clients and part of a team focused on providing exceptional service.

Why the wide salary range? We're open to both experienced candidates and those earlier in their careers. Candidates with directly relevant experience in financial services, administration, or a client-focused professional office would generally fall toward the higher end of the range.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Schedule client meetings and reviews
- Communicate regularly with clients by phone and email
- Make outbound calls for service and follow-up
- Assist with administrative requests and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records within our CRM
- Support financial advisors with day-to-day client service
- Manage electronic documents and digital filing
- Work with our team to provide timely and compassionate service

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Comfortable speaking with clients regularly by phone
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in a technology-focused, paperless environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and standard office software
- Professionalism, discretion, and a genuine desire to help people

Previous administrative or client-service experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person.

Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, medical, physiotherapy, dental, legal, accounting, or another professional office environment would be an asset. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is also beneficial.

You don't need financial-services experience to succeed here. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, stays organized, and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.
