We are seeking a skilled Dishwashing/Prep cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in, dishwashing, food handling, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

- Cleaning dishes and utensils: Loading, operating, and unloading commercial dishwashers while hand-washing delicate items like large pots or specialty glassware.
- Maintaining kitchen sanitation: Sanitizing food preparation areas, wiping down surfaces, sweeping and regularly emptying trash cans.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of all Dishwashing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
