Tiltop Roofers Inc. is hiring a Field Sales Representative to serve homeowners throughout Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area.

This is an in-person field sales position focused on attending company-scheduled homeowner appointments, conducting roof and attic inspections, presenting findings, recommending appropriate services, and closing sales.

The position is suited to someone with strong face-to-face sales ability who is comfortable working independently in the field and managing multiple appointments throughout the day.

Responsibilities

- Attend pre-scheduled homeowner appointments provided by the company
- Conduct exterior roof inspections using a company-approved drone
- Conduct visual attic inspections for insulation, mold, ventilation, and related concerns when required
- Document inspection findings with photos and inspection reports
- Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners
- Prepare and present service options and pricing
- Close roofing and other home-service projects
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff
- Follow company inspection, sales, and safety procedures

Compensation

This is a paid sales position with base compensation, inspection-based compensation, and performance commission.

Full compensation details and commission structure will be discussed during the interview process and provided in writing to successful candidates.

Requirements

- Strong face-to-face communication and sales skills




- Comfortable presenting recommendations and closing sales in customers' homes
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel between appointments throughout the GTA
- Comfortable working independently and managing a field schedule
- Comfortable using mobile applications, CRM software, and drone technology
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain the required Transport Canada drone certification for applicable operations; guidance will be provided
- Previous sales experience is strongly preferred
- Roofing, construction, or home-service experience is an asset but not required
- Training on our inspection process, services, and systems will be provided
