Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Manage cashiering duties including basic math calculations, cash handling, and balancing registers at shift end
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and bilingual environments,



utilizing solid phone etiquette when needed
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and assisting with product replenishment
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Technical sales experience involving product demos or explaining complex features is highly desirable
- Multilingual abilities, including bilingual proficiency in English and another language, are a strong plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems enhances your suitability for this role
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
