Position Overview

We’re currently hiring 1 part-time Dog Walker (K9 Nanny) to transition into full-time. This is an extremely active, outdoor role that involves walking multiple dogs daily, driving between client homes, and supporting our training-based approach to canine care.

What You'll Be Doing

- Walking and caring for 3–10 dogs daily (up to 4 at a time as a Nanny and 8 as a Pack Leader)
- Driving to and from client homes within Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Bresleau and Baden
- Maintaining safety, structure, and a calm environment on all walks
- Working in all weather conditions – rain, snow, or shine!
- Helping support dogs with training and socialization goals
- Collaborating with a team of women who are passionate about dogs

What We're Looking For

- A love for dogs and the outdoors
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs (some dogs need a lift!)
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and keep on schedule
- A valid G driver's license and a reliable vehicle to transport dogs (1–4 at a time)
- Comfortable with a physically demanding and fast-paced role




- Previous professional dog experience strongly preferred
- Police Record Check required upon hire
