We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Produce Assistant Manager Full-Time to lead our produce department with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily produce department operations, ensuring freshness, quality, and proper merchandising standards are maintained
- Lead, train, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient store performance
- Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales




- Implement marketing initiatives within the department to promote specials and new products
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while supervising store cleanliness and sanitation practices

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in retail or grocery environments with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, pricing, sales management, and store management principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
- Knowledge of budgeting, training & development strategies, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping
- Multilingual skills are preferred to enhance team communication and customer service excellence
