Presentex Canada Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Cabinet Maker. This role is for someone who has experience in Millwork with a desire to learn more specialized skills on the job. A candidate will gain experience in lamination, processing hard woods, painting processes from stain to paint, operating CNCs, sanders, edge bander, Dowler, and case clamp. The candidate interested in this position enjoys exciting, new projects with rewarding results.

Responsibilities

- Process raw materials to produce custom pieces approved on Shop Plans for exciting Commercial Millwork projects.
- Assemble custom and production cabinetry and millwork in a production workplace.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Produce quality work based on Specifications.
- Being a good worker with a willingness to be apart of a Team

Requirements

· 1 year experience (Required)

- Able to use table saw, mitre saw and small production tools




- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to read Shop Plans
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Ability to make mathematical calculations
- Possessing good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with a Team
- English (verbal | written), French an asset (not necessary)
- Moving and lifting heavy product
- Workday shift (8:00 am – 4:30pm)
- Ability to Commute

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
