What will your typical day look like?
As the Opportunity-to-Engagement (O2E) Global Delivery and Test Senior Consultant, you will connect Transformation, Technology, and business stakeholders to coordinate delivery, strengthen testing, manage environments, and support high-quality releases from planning through production.
Delivery Management:
Partner with Transformation and Technology delivery teams to align plans, dependencies, and deliverables with business needs.
Provide transparent, timely updates to stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, risks, concerns, and emerging issues.
Manage delivery from development through testing and production, including the end-to-end coordination of change requests.
Identify practical opportunities to improve delivery processes and embed effective, repeatable practices.
Test Strategy and Planning:
Define and implement test strategies covering functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts that align with business requirements and technical specifications.
Estimate testing effort, plan resource needs, and coordinate test environments to support reliable execution.
Setting and Configuration Management:
Maintain accurate documentation for environment configurations, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guidance.
Coordinate with technology teams to translate business needs into environment requirements and delivery plans.
Apply environment management practices that support geography-specific configuration and release management.
Test Execution and Management:
Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and progress reporting across the testing lifecycle.
Work closely with development teams to support timely defect resolution and consistent communication throughout testing.
Communicate test status, outcomes, and issues to stakeholders across Transformation, Technology, and the business.

Do you possess the following?:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including relevant IT vocational training.
Experience within a top-tier strategy consulting firm, a large corporation, or a private enterprise with more than $1 billion in revenue.
At least four years of experience as a Test and Delivery Manager, or in a comparable role, with a record of delivering high-quality software releases.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and testing practices, including defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.
Hands-on knowledge of test management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present to varied stakeholder groups.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Business acumen spanning sales, quality and risk assessments, and engagement delivery activities.
Comfort working independently in an unstructured environment.
Ability to synthesize complex information and business requirements into meaningful recommendations.
Ability to elicit and analyze client needs and contribute to solutions that meet or exceed those needs.
Excellent research and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
Comfort working in a global, matrixed environment.
Outstanding attention to detail while working independently.
Flexibility to reprioritize as conditions change.
A proactive, results-oriented approach and a commitment to contributing to a high-performing team.
Ability to interpret business objectives and drivers and translate them into well-structured initiatives.
Ability to deliver effectively under changing conditions and tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to varied audiences. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
