Calcutta Cricket Club is looking for new BOH team members. We are looking for several Line/Prep cook candidates with a minimum of 2 years full kitchen experience.

Ideal Line cook candidates should be eager to learn about Indian cuisine, accountability, critical thinking and have a positive outlook. We foster a team environment and are looking for someone who wants to refine their skills while learning new techniques that aren't as common in other kitchens.

Calcutta Cricket Club is an award winning Canada Top 100 restaurant with a unique contemporary take on Indian food. Our bar program features entirely local draft beer, and cocktails that focus on Indian flavours and ingredients. We are part of the Thank you hospitality group which includes Native Tongues, & Fonda Fora. Evening and weekend availability a must. Must be legally able to work in Canada.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Experience:

- Line cook: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
