Job Description: As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) with Lullaby Executive Staffing Agency you will have the opportunity to work in diverse environments, including long-term care facilities, group homes, and private homes. Your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises If needed.
- Cook healthy meals keeping in mind dietary needs.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health status.
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living setting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings.
- Document and report any significant changes in clients’ conditions to the agency supervisor.
- Follow care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
- Must have a G or G2 driver’s license and a car.
- Must be comfortable using car to transport clients.
- Must have CPI or a willingness to get it.
- Previous experience working with youths ages 13 - 18.
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and personal care tasks.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Must have Vulnerable Police Check
- Must have Receipt for Broad Record Check.
- Legally Able to work in Canada
- Experience working with individuals with physical, mental health, and intellectual, disabilities.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism and various mental health disorders.
