Duties

- Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues related to tires and suspension systems
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tire mounting, balancing, and alignment tasks
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and service recommendations with enthusiasm
- Perform heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely to ensure proper installation and removal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency




- Support ongoing maintenance tasks and basic automotive repairs as needed to uphold high service standards

Requirements

- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and tire technology
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment repeatedly throughout the day
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within a fast-moving team environment
