Duties

- Prepare patients for eye exams by pre-testing, taking accurate medical histories, and updating electronic medical records using Visual Eyes
- Assist optometrists during eye examinations by handling equipment setup and patient positioning
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical office setting or optical environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Visual Eyes or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to eye health and patient care procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to patient interactions
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling, insurance verification, and retail sales of eyewear products
