Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and data visualizations (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other tools) Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations and disclosure reporting Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making Support internal control processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting Partner with business unit to provide financial insights and recommendations Participate in ad-hoc projects, performance measurement initiatives, and special analyses Must have Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline Eligible to complete a work term starting January 2027 (4, 8, 12, or 16 months) Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Nice-to-have Previous co-op or work experience in finance, accounting, data analytics, or financial reporting Experience using analytical tools and managing large data sets Experience with coding or analytics tools (Python, VBA, SQL, R, C, HIVE) and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge and an understanding of financial statement analysis Interest in pursuing a CPA or CFA In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:
