26-092] Community Living Worker - Permanent Full-Time Community Living Worker – Permanent Full Time Sunday: 3pm-11:00pm, Salary: The current wage starts from $25.95 per hour . Funding for wage increases, retroactive to April 2026 , will adjust the starting wage to $27.53 per hour once implemented.

Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a Community Living Worker to join our Sources Community Living Services team! SOURCES is a community-based non-profit organization providing support and hope to communities in the Lower Mainland, on Vancouver Island, and across Northern BC. Sources strives to create vibrant and resilient communities through support to adults, children, youth, and families facing challenges in life such as mental health, disability, poverty, substance use, and conflict.

Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia.



This program supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health related needs. Our mission is to enable the pursuit of the best quality of life possible for our clients. We do this by fostering independence, well-being, and social participation.

Reporting to: Chestnut House Program Manager Coaching life skills. Provide personal care as needed. Assist with meal preparation and diet planning. Assist with medical and dental appointments. Adhere to policies, procedures, collective agreement provisions, and other mandatory regulations.

Qualification Assets: Post-secondary education, preferably in social services or equivalent.

Experience working in the field of social services, mental health, or equivalent. Physically able to engage in various support and community-based activities. Empathy and positive emotional intelligence.
